Alexander was born about 1648. Alexander Campbell ... He passed away about 1720. [1]

Alexander Campbell, 3rd of Barcaldine was the son of John Campbell, 2nd of Barcaldine and Margaret Campbell.2 He married Mary Campbell, daughter of Colin Campbell, 5th of Lochnell and Anne Campbell, in 1676.1 He died in 1720.1 He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in 1678 in the Earl of Caithness’s Highland Company.1 He was Chamberlain to 1st Earl of Breadalbane and Holland.1
