William was born in 1877. He was the son of Neil Campbell and Mary Smith.[1][2](Alternate birth date on grave marker of 1875.)[3]
William married Ina Mineard Pack in 1902.[4]
He passed away in 1939 on board the S.S. Newfoundland, off the coast of Boston.[1][2]
