She married William Atkinson 26 Dec 1833, in Sackville, Westmoreland, New Brunswick, Canada. [8][9]

She traveled to the Salt Lake Valley with: William Atkinson (Age: 40), Sarah Ann Atkinson (Age: 18), Frances Elizabeth Atkinson (Age: 17), Mary Jane Atkinson (Age: 14), William Newlove Atkinson (Age: 13), James Isaac Atkinson (Age: 11), Thomas P. Atkinson (Age: 9), Amos Stiles Atkinson (Age: 6) and Phebe Atkinson (Age: 4). [10]
