Annabella died before the 20th of June 1575.[2][7]
Research Notes
As her first marriage was before 8 May 1506,[3] her birth must have been prior to 8 May 1492.
The date of the marriage being before 8 May 1506 is derived from the document witnessed by Thomas Boswell where he is noted as being the son-in-law of Isobel Wallace.[3] This information helps identify his wife Annabella as being the daughter of Hugh Campbell and Isobel Wallace rather than George Campbell and Marion Auchinleck. The latter claim is based on the thought that Annabella, wife of Thomas, acquired them through inheritance and her that inheritance[8] would be possible if she were the daughter of George Campell and his second wife Marion rather than the daughter of Hugh Campell son of George Campbel and his first wife. The land acquisition was made from William Douglas and his wife Elizabeth Douglas as well as William Cunningham and his wife Marion Auchinleck. Thus the transfer of Auchinleck was during the lifetime of Marion rather than through inheritance after her decease.[1] As a side note, the lands held by William Cunningham and Marion Aucinleck had been acquired in 14 Jun 1505 in a decreet of Recognition against William Douglas and his wife Elizabeth Auchinleck.[4] Assignment to Thomas Boswell was made two days later and may well have been related to his being a servant of the King.[4]
The Peerage: Annabella Campbell]; not a reliable source and cites only Clan MacFarlane, also not a reliable sources; it does agree with Scot Peerage in identifying the parents as Hugh Campbell and Isobel Wallace.
Clan MacFarlane: Annabella Campbell; claims that the parents are George Campbell and Marion Auchinleck; not a reliable source and only cites Stirnet, an index held by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (LDS), and an email.
The Stirnet citation indicates that the parents are Hugh Campbell and Isobel Wallace - clearly in conflict with the stated parents on Clan MacFarlane
The LDS reference is to submission id 570414-093099155422 but a search at FamilySearch reveals that they have no such record.
The email does contain a primary source, Edinburgh Comm Court[7], which is as also cited in Scots Peerage.[2] Unfortunately, this does not relate to her birth and parentage.

Boswell, Jasper John, "History and Genealogical Tables of the Boswells", Unpublished manuscript, 1906, Vol. II, Ch 15, states "The claims however appear by right to have been vested in Thomas Boswell by his marriage with Annabella Campbell, daughter of Marion Auchinleck."

Campbell-9746 and Campbell-1914 appear to represent the same person because: It seems that the parents of Annabelle are the ones attached to Campbell-9764. Scots Peerage certainly indicates that this is so. I suggest correcting Campbell-1914 to those parents and using the biography of Campbell-9764 after grabbing any salient points from the other.
There seems to be a conflict that needs to be resolved. See research notes of Campbell-1914.

link to the Scots Peerage, Volume 5 which names this Annabel as the daughter of Hugh Campbell and not George.
link to the peerage.com which has her as the daughter of George Campbell, citing several sources.(AB) There is a conflict between The Peerage and the Scots Peerage The Scots peerage has Annabella as the daughter of Hugh Campbell, who was the son of George Campbell. George Campbell had married secondly Marion Auchinleck in 1484. It was this marriage that led to the successful claim by Thomas Boswell for the lands of Auchinleck. There were others who also claimed them. Hugh Campbell would have been only 15 in 1491 when Annabella was born, and he did not marry Isobel Wallace until 1495 so is unlikely they are the parents of Annabella Campbell born 1491 who married Thomas Boswell, which led to the Boswells holding Auchinleck. [4]
Campbell-9746 and Campbell-1914 do not represent the same person because: Different parents. Campbell-9746 parents are Hugh Campbell and isabel Wallace. Won't let me add them.
Campbell-9746 and Campbell-1914 appear to represent the same person because: identical dates, albeit the birth is probably incorrect based on the marriages
Campbell-1914 and Campbell-8404 appear to represent the same person because: same name, same parents, same time frame, same location, she married both men
