Thomas was born in 1894. He is the son of Thomas Campbell and Mary Duffy. In 1900, the family was living in Cambridge city Ward 3, Middlesex, Massachusetts.[1] In 1910, the family was living in Cambridge Ward 1, Middlesex, Massachusetts.[2]
