I have been researching my family tree for 50 years (since 1969)... Through census records, cemetery records, family bible records, military records, wills, birth & death records, person interviews, and correspondence. I firmly believe in documentation when at all possible and recording of sources of information.

Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz!
The Germany Project may fit your research focus based on contributions at testing time. If not, use the Pre-1700 Projects list to find other possibilities. Review the project page to learn about resources and guidelines as well as how to collaborate with the project members.

Thanks for volunteering! You are now an active member of the WikiTree community, and can start adding your family.
I suggest starting with the New Member How-To pages, they will save you a lot of time and frustration. Building your family tree on WikiTree will help you connect with others who have the same ancestors.
Need help? Just ask!
