John Campbell was born in Falmouth, Cornwall, England.

John, the first of three sons of William Campbell and Mary Truscott was born in 1813 and christened on 15 July 1813 at Falmouth, Cornwall.[1]

Marriage and Children

John George Truscott Campbell, a grocer, married Sarah Ann Brewer, the daughter of Nathanial Nicholas Brewer on 16 August 1846 at St George the Martyr, Southwark, London. John's father was a builder, and Sarah's father was a grocer.[2][3]They had one son:

  1. Edmund John Campbell (b. 17 Apr 1849)[4]m. 30 Jul 1878 at Benwell, England, Ellen Evans Roach[5]
