- First marriage at age 17 to Levi Truman (his third). Divorced about 1888. Children:

- Otia "Ottie" Delcina Truman 1883–1975, m. 1901 to Ernest Edgar Snodgrass (1879-1955)
- Myrtle Ginell Truman 1885–1961
- Benjamin Frank Truman 1887–1949
- Her second marriage was in 1893, to James William Hand Sr (1857-1911). He died in 1911. Children:
