Biography

Walter V Campbell was the son of Harrison M Campblell and Catherine Hoot, born in Dec 1867 and raised in Mill Creek, Morgan County, Missouri.[1][2]

Walter married Ida M Williamson on 12 Apr 1893 in Morgan County, Missouri. Ida was the youngest daughter of Robert (1820-1891) and Catharine Williamson. She was born in Nov 1871 and, like Walter, grew up in Mill Creek, Morgan County, Missouri.[3][4]

Ida and Walter lived in Kansas City, Wyandotte County, Kansas. He worked in the packing plants, and they were together there for many years. The couple never had children. While we don’t know when either of them died, the last record we have for Walter is from 1947, when he would have been 80 years old; Ida’s last appearance is in 1957, at age 86.[5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13]
