Walter Candler was born October 5, 1885.^[1]

Walter T Candler was enumerated as son of the head of household in Edgewood (excl. Atlanta city), Fulton County, Georgia for the June 25, United States Census, 1900. He was noted as born October 1885 in Georgia, single and at school as seen in an image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Asa G Candler, wife Lucy E Candler, son Chas H Candler, son Asa G Candler, daughter Lucy B Candler, son Wm Candler, servant Mollie Jones and son (of servant) Harvey Jones.^[2]

W T Candler was enumerated as head of the household at 51 Poplar Circle, Atlanta Ward 9, Fulton County, Georgia for the April 15, United States Census, 1910. He was noted as born 1886 in Georgia and had been married three years. He was a banker (G. Bank) and an owner as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are wife Mrs. Euginia Candler, son W T Candler Jr., son Asa G Candler Jr., son Geo W Clarke and daughter Claude P Clarke.^[3]

He was an owner and a cashier at a bank as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are wife Marion Caudler, son Walles T Caudler, son Asa G Caudler, daughter Eugenia Caudler, daughter Mary Caudler, mother-in-law Mattie Ines Penlend, brother-in-law Harrold Penlend, brother-in-law Hoyt Penlend, servant Hettie Rogers and servant Thonice June.^[5]

Walter T Candler was enumerated as head of the household in Clifton Road, Militia District 0531, DeKalb County, Georgia for the April 25, United States Census, 1930. He was noted as born 1886 in Georgia and married. He was first married at the age of twenty-one. He was an owner and an industrialist (industrial) as seen in an image of the original census. Also included in the household are wife Marion P Candler, son Asa Candler, daughter Eugenia Candler, daughter Mary Candler, daughter Marian E Candler, servant Arnolia Kennedy and servant William Green.^[6]

On April 1, 1935, Walter T Candler lived at 1301 Clifton Road, DeKalb County, Georgia.^[7]

Walter T Candler died in DeKalb County as recorded of his April 23, 1967 Georgia Death.^[9]
