Birth

John Cannell was born in Norfolk, England in 1738.

Marriage

He married Sarah Seago in Drayton, Norfolk on 15th October 1769. They had 9 children.

Occupation

He was the parish clerk and his name often appears as a witness in marriage records for Drayton.

Death

He died in 1820, aged 82 and was buried in Drayton on 14th June 1820.

Note-

His name is transcribed incorrectly as Cannill in some records. This is a clerical error.
