See: Alberta Marjorie Dennstedt, "Progenitors and Kinfolk of Abraham Childers III, THE VIRGINIA GENEALOGIST, Vol. 34, pp. 187-188 (1990). She states: "The known children of William and Judith (Woodson) CANNON were:
1. John, married 1st his first cousin Mary CANNON and 2nd his first cousin Martha WOODSON.
2. Elizabeth, married Abraham CHILDERS III."
I have down that they had 20 children curious as to what others know of this Mary Cannon East and William East married in 1741 North Carolina had 20 children and he was 27 when they married .. not sure if it's 20 kids or if part include grandkids??
