25 Mar 1676 petition to the court by Ruth Small, relict of Thomas Small (other family members such as John Buxton, husband of Mary Small who was sister to Thomas) to give Ruth & her children Thomas' estate. Thomas died intestate and they had 4 children at this time (William, "Liddea?", Hanna & Anne)
