Biography

Morgan was born in 1844. He is the son of William Cantey and Mary Bennett. He married Lily F. Ragin on 18 December 1870.^[1] After her death, he married Mrs. Belle McCollum Richbourg on February 1, 1888 in Summerton, South Carolina.^[2]
