Biography

Philomène Cantin died young.

Philomène was the daughter of Thomas Cantin and Louise Morand. She was born 6 November 1851 and baptized the next day in Saint-Raymond, in modern-day Québec. Her godparents were François Morand and Martine Savare.^[1]

Along with her parents and five older surviving siblings, Philomène was listed on the 1851 Census of Canada for St-Raymond.^[2]

Philomène was six months old when she died 7 May 1852. She was buried two days later in St-Raymond.^[3]
