Biography
Chales was born about 1819 and passed away in about 1904. The son of the artist Charles James Canton-129 and perhaps influenced by his fathers working environment in Guys Hospital, in 1843 he was identified in the Post Office London Directory of 1843 as being a dentist working from a practice in Osborne Street, Whitechapel, London. [1]
