The only source cited, Find A Grave: Memorial #102699894, shows a different year of birth, and different parents (in bio), more correctly corresponding to another Reuben Cantrell, Cantrell-21. It is not entirely clear that these are two different men, but if not, then we need to decide whether his parents were John + Hannah, or Isaac + Nancy. All we appear to have are conflicting secondary sources, although Cantrell-21's bio refers to documentation (not provided) which, if verified, should clearly establish that Reuben's father as Isaac Cantrell.
