Biography
Walter was born in 1865. He was the son of Achilles Cantrell and Sarah Rogars. The family was in Missouri in 1870, Benton, Arkansas in 1880, and in Creek Nation, Indian Territory with his wife, Cora D. Gortney, in 1900.
He passed away in 1939.
