Biography

James was born in November 1855 in DeKalb County, Tennessee. He was the son of Liab Cantrell and Artelia Redmon. He passed away in January 1929 in Temple, Bell, Texas and is buried in Hillcrest Cemetery, Bell County.

In 1860 James was living with his parents and siblings in DeKalb County, Tennessee.[1]
