Biography

Thomas A was born in February 1867 in Georgia. He was the son of Adam Cappers and Margaret Alta Tate. He married Louisa A Heisch in 1895, but seems to be called Delilah in 1900. In 1910 she is Lou, 1920 Louisa. In the 1900 census Thomas A (age 33) was living in Bartlett Town, Bell, Texas. Thomas A died at the age of 64 on 30 August 1931 in Milam, Texas and is buried in the Bartlett City Cemetery in Bartlett, Williamson County, Texas.^[1]
