Biography

Leodicea "Dicey" Carden was born about 1770. She was the daughter of Robert Carden and Phyllis Woolbanks. She was the 14th child of 16 children.

She married Joshua 'Thomas' Burres (1773-1844) on December 17, 1792, in Albemarie County, Virginia.[1] They had 11 chldren.

She passed away in 1824. [2]
