He was the son of Sir John Carew, 3rd Bt. and Mary Morice.[1]he was born in 1689,[1]and baptised on the 24th of Jan 1689.[2]He matriculated at Exeter College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, on the 4th of September 1707.[1]He married the Lady Anne Coventry, daughter of Gilbert Coventry, 4th Earl of Coventry and Dorothy Keyt,[1]on the 31st of Dec 1713.[2]
William died on the 8th of March 1744.[1][2]He was buried on 24 March 1744 in the parish of Sheviock, Cornwall, England.[3]
