Bahamas Project
Samuel Carey is part of a Bahamian family.

Samuel was born in 1890. His father was William Carey.

This may possibly be his birth record, although it is one day off. It lists parents as William Cary and Adinah Russell.[1]

He married Bessie Estelle Russell on 02 Sep 1915 in the Bahamas.[2] They reportedly had 11 children.

The couple is mentioned in the birth records of their children: an unnamed daughter in 1918 [3], an unnamed daughter in 1920[4], an unnamed son in 1926 [5], Bessie Christine in 1931 [6], Neville Rupert in 1933 [7], an unnamed daughter in 1935 [8],

He passed away in 1965. Burial was in the Hope Town Upper Graveyard in Central Abaco, Bahamas[9]
