William was the son of Joseph Carley and Elizabeth Free
Marriage to Ann Townsand or Townsend on November 16, 1840, at Johnstown, Upper Canada.
Marriage to Elizabeth Dorman 25 April 1844 at St. Peter's Anglican Church, Brockville, Leeds County, Upper Canada.
Burial: St John's New Dublin Cemetery, Leeds & Grenville, Ontario, Canada
