Biography
Jonas Albin was born in 1837. He is the son of Salomon Carlström and his first wife Lisa Maria Söderström.
He married Maria Christina Andersdotter från Vånga parish, Östergötland on February 1, 1862 in Norrköping Sankt Olai parish.[1]
Married carpenter with two sons in Stockholm 1868.[2]
The family resurface in Chicago, Illinois in 1870. They immigrated in 1869 according to US Census records.
He is mentioned in his father Salomon Carlström's estate inventory/bouppteckning dated June 8, 1874 as living in America.[3]
He was naturalized in 1878.[4]
In 1910, he and his wife Marie lived with their daughter Harriet's family. Harriet was married to John F Avery.[5]
He passed away on December 31, 1910.[6] He is buried in Forest Home Cemetery. [7]
