Biography
Charles was born in Wellington, in March 1888.
He spent some time in New South Wales before WW1
He was working as a saddler in Waverly when he was called up by ballot for service in the NZEF; he did not go overseas, but continued to work in Home Service as a saddler.
He passed away in 1954, and is buried in the Soldiers' section of Waikumete Cemetery.
