Biography
Beulah Carlton was born on November 19, 1916, in Newton, Arkansas, the daughter of Columbus Carlton and Mattie Waters. [1]
She married Wilburn Clark on August 17, 1935. [2]
She died on June 21, 2000, in Jasper, Arkansas, at the age of 83, and was buried in Low Gap Cemetery[3] at Newton, Arkansas.
