Biography

John Carlton was born 1778, in Wilkes, North Carolina, the son of Mary and Thomas. He married Elizabeth Barlow [1] and they had three children together. He then married Suanna Smith [2] and they had five children together. He died on March 1, 1855 [3], in his hometown, having lived a long life of 76 years.
