John Carlyle was born in 1687 in Middlebie Parish, Dumfriesshire,Scotland[1] .

John married Isabella Bell[1] [2] . John Carlyle of Burrens passed away on 11 march 1727 in Middlebie, Dumfriesshire, Scotland, and was burried in Middlebie Churchyard[3][1].
