Thom, I'm still not convinced that Elizabeth Carlyle is the same person as the Elizabeth Carlile who was mistress or second wife of Robert Semphill, 3rd Lord Semphill. Again secondary sources that don't cite primary sources aren't recommended for pre-1500 profiles.
However I'll post a question on G2G soon to see if we can get some more discussion about whether they are the same or different women.
No disagreement on the need to document but with company coming in from Abu Dhabi, San Francisco, and Houston, time was limited so I deferred a day. I should think anything within a week is timely for those of us with work pressures. ;>
With pre-1500 profiles it is extremely important that we are using reliable sources and neither of the current sources on this profile are considered suitable for pre-1500 profiles.

Although The Scots Peerage, Volume 2 does list a daughter Elizabeth, there is no indication of a marriage to Robert Sempill https://archive.org/details/scotspeeragefoun02paul/page/388 and Volume 7 about the Sempills also doesn't make a connection of Elizabeth back to the Lords Carlyle https://archive.org/stream/scotspeeragefoun07pauluoft#page/548/mode/2up
