Reuben was born in 1818. He passed away in 1898.

Reuben was a son of James Carman and his second wife, Hannah M. Daisy. He was a twin to Richard Carman who died in 1886. Reuben was a farmer. He married Nancy A. Moore, the youngest of thirteen children born to John S. Moore and his wife, Nancy Edwards. They were wed in 1847. They had eleven children; three sons and eight daughters. Reuben moved his wife and children to a small farm outside the town of Hume in Bates County, Missouri.

Carman-1978 and Carman-445 appear to represent the same person because: Same spouse, same approximate year of marriage. The profile was not suggested to me by Wikitree as a match because of the different spelling of the first name.
