Biography
Kalamazoo Gazette, Saturday, July 23, 1938 Scarlet Fever Fatal to Woman Mrs. Frances Mary Highway, 30, wife of Clarence S. Highway, died of scarlet fever at her home, 618 Chicago avenue, Friday afternoon. Surviving are the husband; three children, Donald Bruce, Donna Mae, and Clarence S. Highway, Jr.: the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Carman, of this city; a brother Oliver Carman of Jackson, Mich.: and a sister, Mrs. Ann Wichman.
Private funeral services will be held at the grave in Riverside cemetery Saturday afternoon at 2:30. Rev. R. D. Wearne will officiate.
