Biography

George Carmichael, born 1773, in Pennsylvania, was the son of John Carmichael, born 1736, in Lancaster county, Pennsylvania, who is DAR Ancestor #A019286. Around 1798, George married Hannah Allison. George died May 15, 1820, in Dallas county, Alabama. Hannah Allison, born 1773, died in Dallas county, Alabama, in September, 1837. Applications for membership in the Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution have been made by the descendants of George and his wife, Hannah Allison. [1]
