Rebah Elsie Pitts was born November 3, 1899 to Edward J Carneal and Effie Nichols in Polk County, Missouri. She was a resident of Urbana, Missouri at the time of her death on October 5, 1967. The widow of Arcy Pitts, informant was Lonnie Pitts of Bolivar, Missouri.[1]
