Biography

Joseph Isaac Caron was born in 1775 and baptised on December 28, 1775 in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, Province of Québec. His parents were Charles Caron and Élisabeth DesTroisMaisons.[1]

Joseph Isaac Caron married Marie Joseph L'Étoile, widow of Jean Marie Govin and daughter of Jacques Bonaventure (Stella) L'Étoile dit L'Italien and Marie Josephe Amyot, on June 1, 1808 in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli.[2]
