Lucy Ella Carpenter was born on 6 Mar 1856 in Cleveland, North Carolina, United States, daughter of Christopher Carpenter (1798–1883) and Caroline Carroll (1828–~1907). [1]
Lucy married Daniel Monroe Harrelson (born on 22 Jul 1855 in Cleveland; son of William Harrelson and Nancy Tlithia Cuemimoody (Stroup) Harrelson). Their children were:
- Edna Chloe Harrelson (1881–1976)
- Wiley North Harrelson (1883–1970)
- Eugene Ray Harrelson (1887–1963)
- Benjamin Tracy Harrelson (1891–1949)
- Charley Carr Harrelson (1894–1972)
In 1910, Lucy (54) was living with her husband, Daniel, in Township 5, Cleveland, North Carolina. [2]
Lucy died on 7 Feb 1939 in Cleveland, aged 82. She was buried in Saint Paul's United Methodist Church Cemetery, Waco, Cleveland County, North Carolina. [1]
