Marriage
On 10 July 1707 he married Desire Martin, born in Rehoboth 20 March 1684/5, and died in Rehoboth 12 September 1727. [2]
Land
For £100 on 29 July 1725, John Martin of Rehoboth, taylor, sold to Jotham Carpenter, of Rehoboth, husbandman, a 14 acre homelot, formerly belonging to his father, and 10 acres second division land recorded to Widow Martin. (Deed acknowledged 11 Mar 1733/4 and recorded 16 Oct 1761.)[3]
Jotham Carpenter, Junior, was born 1 August 1708 in Rehoboth.[2]
