I agree the profiles of Carpenter-5591 and Carpenter-6339 appear to be the same person. It appears to me that this Thomas Carpenter (5591) has been orphaned, due to lack of details when I imported my Gedcom.

I have additional information on the family. I also show a Mary Lee Lee to be his Spouse. I show a son William. I also show parents, grandparents, great grandparents, etc. back several generations. I think the link in my tree on WikiTree was created because I have no dates for Thomas' Parents. I am happy to share what I have, perhaps someone else has the time to connect the dots.
