Biography

Ralph was born 5 May 1902 in Hannibal, Monroe County, Ohio.[1] He was the son of John Thomas Carr and Rebecca Ann Howell.

He married Margaret Bernice Hall circa 1926.[2]

Ralph died on 12 June 1973 in Mannington, Marion County, West Virginia,[3] and he is buried there in the Mannington Memorial Park Cemetery.[4]
