Carr-9755 and Carr-1063 appear to represent the same person because: same name, same spouse name (in process of merge), same son William (in process of merge), date on Carr-9755 is just a guess.
This profile had only been up for one month and had been accessed 9 times. If your tree centers in another geographical area than Westmoreland Co., VA, this might not be a match. However, with the meager amount of information here, if any of the names or dates look familiar, this my be a match. Look at each name on Carr-1063 to see if other names appear that could help you decide to make the merge. By the way, Sarah Eskridge Carr, listed as Elizabeth's mother on Carr-1063, was daughter to Col. George Eskridge of Sandy Point Plantation in Westmoreland Co., VA. George was guardian to Mary Ball Washington. Some believe she named her first child after her beloved guardian. The boy went on to become the Father of Our Country.
Carr-1063 and Carr-4048 appear to represent the same person because: Date of birth of Carr-4048 is off by a couple of years, but data and place of death and place of birth are the same. Please consider merging.
Carr-1063 and Carr-2949 appear to represent the same person because: Carr-2949 appears to be the mother of the same children as Carr-1063. Please consider merging.
The Dates and places of Elizabeth's birth and death you have listed in the upper portion seem to match that of her Mother-in-Law, Elizabeth Walker Bailey. Take a look at URL
Elizabeth's mother, Sarah Eskridge Carr, was daughter of Col. George Eskridge. Col. Eskridge from 1721 to 1731, was guardian for Mary Ball. Mary wed Augustine Washington at Sandy Point Plantation, Col. Eskridge's home. Augustine and Mary's first born is believed to have been named for Col George Eskridge. I've seen some sites that erroneously name our First President, George Eskridge Washington.
I found one site that shows Baileys and Carrs in New England but I don't think the Elizabeth listed there is this one.

The Elizabeth Carr Bailey you have listed here has place of birth and death in the upper section of Eastham, MA. In the Bio, she's born and died in Virginia. A Web site at URL
