Biography
Joseph Carr was born on 13 Nov 1869 in Harrison County, Kentucky, United States, the son of James C. Carr and Cynthiana Mattox.[1] In 1880 his family lived in Harrison County, Kentucky.[2]
Joseph married Sarah Fogle on 24 Nov 1890 in Harrison County.[3]
