Isaac Carr was born about 1796 in South Carolina. He married Permelia Horton about 1817. She died sometime before 1855 as Isaac remarried to Gracia F. Jane Kelly in October 1855 in (then) Randolph County, Alabama and they had at least four children together. He died on 26 Feb 1873 in Millerville, Clay County, Alabama.
