I'm sorry, I don't have records under my thumb at the moment...and it may be awhile before I again have access as I live in France and my family documents are in the USA. I can tell you that Ted was my great uncles, brother of my grandfather Edwin Dewey Carr. When I built this "skeleton" tree 2 years ago, I knew Ted was born in 1904 from a 1910 census record. He died sometime after the McCormick Place fire in 1967. I remember that factoid as my first long drive with my grandfather and father was along the new Kennedy Expressway that ran parallel to the convention center. Our trip was from NW Indiana where we lived to Ted's apartment where family had gathered for his funeral held later that day. It was also my first time at a funeral and I would've been between 9 and 10 years old. First time I ever saw my grandfather cry, and it was rivers of tears for he and Ted were quite close (my grandpa was 7 years Ted's senior). Being newly retired, and the last in a Carr line, I hope to spend more time on this project soon. I have quite a bit of genealogy work on our line that my grandpa's sister Lorraine did in the 60's and 70's (that is documented to boot). Good luck in any case.

Could you give me some idea where he was born so I can eliminate a possible duplicate situation?
