Steve was born in 1860 in Arkansas. He is the son of Robert Carrigan and Mary Moore.[1]
He married Nora Jones.[2] They were the parents of Steve, Lillian and Mary.[3][4]
He died in 1917. He is buried at Rose Hill Cemetery in Hope, Arkansas.[5]
