Biography

Flag of Bedfordshire (adopted 2014)
William Carrington was born in Bedfordshire, England.

He was living with his relatives at High Street, Clophill, Bedfordshire, England in 1841[1]

He was a lodger living with the Sharp family in Maulden, Bedfordshire, England and he was working as a labourer in 1851[2]

He was living with his wife and children in Hackney, Middlesex, England and he was working as a bricklayer in 1871[4]

He was living with his wife at Middlesex Place, Hackney, middlesex, England and he was still working as a bricklayer in 1891[5]

He passed away in 1891[6]

His wife seems to have been Rebecca Martin although I can't find a marriage

Problematic baptism.

Biggleswade v Clophill

A William was christened on 12th May 1826 in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, England the son of Thomas Carrington and Ann unknown.[8]

I'm now less than convinced about the Biggleswade baptism. He's lost in censuses, and if the William in Clophill and Maulden in 1841 and 1851 is the right one he's more likely to be the William baptised in Clophill.
