Biography
Nancy Carroll was born on 15 May 1823 in Virginia. She was the daughter of McClellen Carroll (1800–1874) and Elizabeth Barom Carroll (1801 – unknown).
Nancy Carroll married James Redfearn (1813–1883). The couple had 5 children John T Redfearn (1846–1895), Isaac S. Redfearn (1850–1885), General Marion Redfern (1857–1931), Jemima E. Redfearn File (1858–1896) and Millbery J. Redfearn File (1863–1893).
Nancy Carroll Redfearn died on 9 Mar 1894 (aged 70). Burial Old Nebo Cemetery Greenville, Bond County, Illinois
