William was born in November 1872 in Miller County, Missouri. (Discrepancy between FAG Birth year and 1900 census; Census has born Nov 1873.) He was the son of John Carroll and Sarah Hull. He passed away on 3 November 1947 from complications of Diabetes at Ozark Osteopathic Hospital, S. Campbell Township, Greene County, Missouri.[1] At the time of his death he was a resident of Pulaski County, Missouri. He is buried in Madden Cemetery, Miller County, Missouri. [2]
William married Basheba P Elkins on 12 November 1893 in George King, Miller County, Missouri.[3]
