Biography
Charles was born in 1696. He was the son of Charles 'The Settler' Carroll and Mary (Darnall) Carroll. He died the day he was born. He was Mary's second infant son, both named Charles, to not survive. And the third infant son of Charles Carroll, who was previously married and widowed, to not survive.
