Virginia Catherine Carson was born on April 20, 1841 in Alleghany County, Virginia, United States, daughter of James Carson (~1808–1862) and Caroline Elizabeth Wolfe (1815–1886).[1]
Virginia (24) married Wade Hampton Walker (27) (born on July 21, 1838 in Alleghany, Virginia; son of Henry Walker and Maria Rankin (Shawver) Walker) on August 26, 1865 in Alleghany, Virginia, United States.[2]

She lived in Boiling Spring, Alleghany, Virginia, United States in 1870 and 1880,[3][4] and Sweet Springs, Monroe, West Virginia, United States in 1900 and 1910.[5][6]
By 1882, Virginia (40) married Richard Clough Eggleston (56) (born about December 26, 1825 in Virginia; son of Richard Clough Eggleston and Dorothea Luck) in 1882 in Alleghany, Virginia, United States.
She died on 20 March 1914, in Boiling Spring, Alleghany, Virginia, United States, at the age of 72, and was buried in Walker Cemetery, Potts Creek, Alleghany, Virginia, United States.[7]
