Biography

Addie was born in 1887. She was the daughter of John Carson and Caroline Kiracofe. The 1900 census shows her living with her grandmother in Augusta County, Virginia. [1] In about 1912 she married Charles Elmer Howdyshell. The 1920, 1930, and 1940 census information shows her living with her husband and children in Augusta County, Virginia.[2][3][4] Addie passed away in 1942.[5] [6]
